Danceworks Rhythm Instructor 2008 – 2023
Hired in 2008 for the Danceworks Mad Hot Ballroom and Tap program.
Year 1: 3 competitive couples took 1st place in the fox trot, 2nd place in the swing, and 3rd place in the Cha Cha.
Lead Instructor for an 11 week program educating students in 3 styles of ballroom or tap dance.
Year 8: I served as Head Ballroom Instructor along with colleague Jacqui Lefevre
Year 10: Appointed as the Northeast Consortium’s Liaison serving as a point of contact overseeing instructors and schools in the 10 – 12 school area.

GENERATIONS
Served as a lead faculty member for the Intergenerational Multi Arts Program, also now known as Danceworks Generations.
4 months program of instruction integrating 3-5th grade students and Senior Living Centers in 1.5 hour a week sessions focused in Art making, Dance making, and Collaborative Art making skills.
Programing featured methods such as Timeslips, created by Anne Basting and Visual Thinking Strategies to curate the intergenerational art.
Shift in focus from instruction to documentation, photography, and film making of the Generations program in 2018 – 2020

Resident artist at Auer Ave School 8 week program 2017. This 8 Week course guided 7th grade students through the world of social dance and its origins. Residency culminated in a video project co-created by students basing movement on collective class research sharing social dance styles. Video featured performances and dances by the 7th grade students shown at their graduation cerimony.
